Fast communcation but the battery went flat when we took it home. However, the shop quickly replaced it and fulfilled the 1 year warranty so all good with good customer service.

Outstanding experience. I'm not one to go out and pay for the latest iPhone gadgets, just needed a small tech upgrade to couple of models later. So I am extremely pleased with the refurbished one I got from these guys. I actually went to the showroom in Auckland and they demonstrated and sorted me with one while I waited. Phone works perfectly and battery life great. I would definitely return to this business to make a purchase again.

My daughter is studing abroad in Auckland and needed a phone they were extreamly helpful, friendly and accommodating. She had some difficulty with processing her credit card payment so they were able to hold the phone until the next day for her. I was able to contact them and make the payment over the internet from the USA. The next day my daughter went back and picked it up. The phone was in very good condition and they also included a screen protector and case at no extra charge. AMAZING! They were also able to suggest a place where to get a SIM card for the phone. I would highly recommend GoodTech.

Have ordered probably half a dozen iphones from GoodTech, but none in the last year or so and never for myself. When I needed a new personal phone I tried going into their branch and they could not have been more helpful. Lovely team of guys and got us sorted very quickly. Absolutely perfect, no complaints at all. Arrived within 2 days and they put the screen protector on for me (I ordered the screen protector as a seperate product to the iPhone). When I contacted the company to ask questions they also made it clear if there was any problems with my phone they would be happy to replace it, so great customer service too! I was sceptical because I thought this company was too good to be true but turns out it’s too good and also true, very satisfied!

Only had my phone for a week, so not given it a good thrash, but phone (iPhone 12) looks to be in great condition, functioning perfectly, battery working well... Seems just like a new one! Also, great customer service after my parcel went MIA for a few days (not their fault)

Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and helpful. My partner bought a phone here, and when I asked if they could have a look at my phone because the charging ports been playing up, the guy helping me let me know it needed to be cleaned which they did for free without me even asking. I highly recommend these guys. My partners phone is in amazing condition, looks and feels brand new.

Such great service! Really happy with my new phone but had a problem setting it up. Went back to goodtec and they patiently helped me thru. The problem was nothing to do with the phone, just its user. I would definitely purchase from them in the future. Good value for money and great caring staff.
